Double Murder in Patna: Property dealer and his friend shot dead

Patna Crime News: Patna City DSP Amit Sharan told that this incident happened near Loha Godown Choti Pahari Road. The criminals shot Saurav Abhinandan and Chandan Kumar, both of which died. The police is investigating the matter.

Patna. Criminals have once again wreaked havoc in Patna, the capital of Bihar. The case is of Patna City, where armed criminals shot two scooty-riding youths late at night in the Loha Godown Choti Pahari Road of Bypass police station area. In a hurry, both the seriously injured youths were admitted to the hospital for treatment, where doctors declared both of them dead during treatment.
The police, who came in the act of getting information about the murder, reached the spot and started investigation into the matter. The reason for the murder is not yet clear. It is feared that both have been murdered by criminals due to mutual enmity. The deceased has been identified as Saurav Abhinandan alias Golu, a resident of Choti Pahari of Agamkuan police station area, while the other deceased has been identified as Chandan Kumar, a resident of Dadar Mandi of Alamganj police station area. Relatives of the deceased, expressing their inability to tell the reasons for the murder, have appealed to the police administration for justice.

 

There is deep resentment among the family members against the police administration regarding the incident. It is said that Saurabh Abhinandan alias Golu, who works in property dealing, was called from the house by someone, later Saurav was informed about the bullet. Lakshmi, the kin of the deceased Saurav Abhinandan, told Devi that the deceased Saurabh used to do land business, and he was having a dispute with some people. Raju Kumar, the elder brother of the deceased Chandan, told that the deceased Chandan Kumar used to work in a motor parts shop located in Kankarbagh, and was returning to his home on a scooty after finishing his duty.

Meanwhile, police received information about Chandan being injured in an accident, he told that when he reached NMCH, he found Chandan dead. Inspector Sonu Kumar of Bypass police station present on the spot, while confirming the murder, has expressed his inability to tell the reasons for the murder at present. The inspector has assured that the entire matter will be resolved soon. Patna City DSP Amit Sharan told that 6-7 boys had gathered near Loha Godown Choti Pahari Road and there was a dispute between them about some matter.

He told that in the course of the dispute, the criminals shot Saurav Abhinandan and Chandan Kumar, due to which both died. The DSP has expressed the apprehension of Saurav Abhinandan being killed over a land dispute, while the reason for Chandan’s murder has not been clear yet. The City DSP has also assured that the culprits will be identified and arrested, while assuring that the entire matter will be resolved soon. At present, the police is engaged in a thorough investigation of the whole matter.
